Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of City Passport, including discovery, planning, check-ins, saved journeys, achievements, digital rewards and visitor services.
1. Acceptance
By requesting a sign-in link, accessing City Passport, checking in, saving a journey, redeeming a reward or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Magic-link account and 7-day access
- Access is linked to the email address used for authentication. Keep that email account secure and do not forward sign-in links.
- After successful verification, the current browser may remain signed in for up to 7 days, unless you sign out, delete site data, change browsers/devices, or the session is invalidated for security.
3. Service information and recommendations
City Passport may provide place details, maps, route recommendations, public-transport guidance, opening hours and travel suggestions. Conditions can change; verify time-sensitive information before relying on it.
4. Check-ins and achievements
Check-ins and achievements may depend on QR codes, location, eligible places, completion rules or other verification. Records reasonably believed to be fraudulent, duplicated or technically invalid may be corrected or reversed.
5. Rewards, coupons and merchant redemption
- Each reward may have its own eligibility, validity, quantity, place, merchant or redemption conditions.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital rewards have no cash value and are not transferable.
- Participating merchants remain responsible for the goods or services they provide.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, interfere with systems, automate abusive requests, falsify check-ins, manipulate rewards, impersonate another person, access another visitor’s Passport without authorization, or use the service unlawfully.
7. Third-party services and content
Maps, transport information, merchant details and other content may come from third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual property
Software, interface design, branding, original graphics, badges and protected materials are owned by or licensed to the service operator or relevant rights holders. Personal use does not transfer ownership.
9. Availability and limitation
The Operator aims to keep the service reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all third-party information is complete, current or error-free. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes, suspension and contact
Features or access may be changed or temporarily suspended for maintenance, security, misuse prevention or legal compliance. Material changes to these Terms should be communicated through an appropriate channel. Questions: info@radical-enlighten.com.
